This aspect is usually incorporated in the above-mentioned overall approaches, but can also be offered perfectly individually when the need arises before, during or after the route already taken. Creating insights and prioritising are often the main facets for this.

Budget

Creating a defined financial framework seems obvious, but in reality it is often a major stumbling block. By conducting individual and pro-active discussions,  and aligning these with the project scope, we are able to offer you insight into your financial state of affairs at any time during the project. If required, this can also be offered independently with specific tax and legal framing.
